Associate Director, CRM Analytics (Marketing Analytics): Leading measurement, reporting, and insight development for customer marketing programs across CRM channels with an accent on storytelling and data-driven recommendations. Focus on translating complex performance data into actionable strategies and mentoring junior analytics team members.

Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be based in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle. Office attendance is required an average of four days a week.

Salary: $70,000 — $140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead analytics workstreams for CRM campaign performance, retention, acquisition, and optimization.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data across email, SMS, app, and web channels to identify audience behaviors and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop persuasive presentations, performance readouts, and strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Account, Project Management, and Creative teams to integrate analytics into broader client work.
  • Mentor and coach junior analytics team members, reviewing their work and helping them build data and QA skills.
  • Improve team efficiency by creating repeatable processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, CRM analytics, or performance reporting.
  • Must be based in the US in one of the specified cities (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle).
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including data cleaning, aggregation, pivots, and complex formulas.
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to explain complex data and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
