Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be based in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle. Office attendance is required an average of four days a week.
Salary: $70,000 — $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead analytics workstreams for CRM campaign performance, retention, acquisition, and optimization.
- Analyze and interpret performance data across email, SMS, app, and web channels to identify audience behaviors and optimization opportunities.
- Develop persuasive presentations, performance readouts, and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Account, Project Management, and Creative teams to integrate analytics into broader client work.
- Mentor and coach junior analytics team members, reviewing their work and helping them build data and QA skills.
- Improve team efficiency by creating repeatable processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, CRM analytics, or performance reporting.
- Must be based in the US in one of the specified cities (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle).
- Expert-level Excel skills, including data cleaning, aggregation, pivots, and complex formulas.
- Experience with reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to explain complex data and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
