Lead BI Manager

Location: Remote from Chicago, Columbus, Detroit, Kansas City, Madison, or Saint Louis, United States

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. Total compensation also includes a profit-sharing bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own reporting infrastructure from raw data ingestion through final dashboards across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Audit existing reporting, identify discrepancies and redundancies, and standardize dashboards and trusted data sources.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to connect data with campaign performance, conversion rates, revenue per session, and CAC.
• Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and performance.
• Educate stakeholders, improve data literacy, and enable confident self-service analytics.
• Develop LookML structures and make changes with awareness of downstream impacts.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the listed U.S. cities and work remotely.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Expert SQL skills and experience working with unstructured, complex, and third-party data.
• End-to-end reporting ownership, including pipelines, dashboards, standardization, adoption, and stakeholder education.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing and the ability to connect analysis to business decisions.
