Business Intelligence Lead, Performance Marketing

Location: Remote from Arlington, VA; Baltimore, MD; Buffalo, NY; Jersey City, NJ; Manchester, NH; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; or Stamford, CT

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly

What you will do

• Own reporting infrastructure from raw data ingestion through final dashboards across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to identify trends and connect analytics to business decisions.
• Audit, standardize, and improve existing dashboards, reporting processes, and trusted data sources.
• Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, conversion rates, revenue per session, and CAC performance.
• Educate stakeholders and enable confident self-service analytics through standardized reporting.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Direct experience with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to work with raw, unstructured, and complex third-party data.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end and building standardized dashboards that are adopted by stakeholders.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical rigor, business acumen, communication, collaboration, and proactive ownership.
