Lead Analytics Manager (SQL/LookML)

Location: Remote from Arlington, VA; Baltimore, MD; Buffalo, NY; Jersey City, NJ; Manchester, NH; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; or Stamford, CT

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. Total compensation also includes a profit-sharing bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Audit existing dashboards, identify discrepancies and redundancies, and standardize reporting across assigned verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to connect analytics with campaign performance, conversion rates, revenue per session, and CAC.
• Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and full-funnel performance.
• Develop trusted data sources and dashboards that enable confident self-service analytics.
• Own the reporting lifecycle from raw data ingestion through final dashboard and recommend business actions based on findings.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Direct experience with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to work with unstructured, complex, and third-party data.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end, including data pipelines, dashboards, standardization, and stakeholder adoption.
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical rigor, business acumen, communication, collaboration, and proactive ownership.
