What you will do

• Organize, schedule, and coordinate transmission and distribution construction activities in the electric power industry.
• Perform constructability reviews on engineering designs and develop work scopes for construction bid documents.
• Manage construction processes to ensure scope is met while monitoring costs, quality, and schedule performance.
• Maintain site safety through regular audits and implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate material availability and provide weekly status reports to the customer.
• Lead job site walkdowns and act as the primary communicator between project management, work groups, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of transmission, substation, and distribution construction experience in the electric power industry.
• Must be able to work on-site at client locations in Berwyn, PA.

Nice to have

• High-level knowledge of transmission rebuilds and substation installations.
• Experience with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety tags.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA safety policies and OSHA 30 training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous supervisory experience and ability to coordinate work within outage windows.
