What you will do

• Monitor and report on construction activities to ensure strict compliance with CPM schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors and field engineers, providing necessary technical direction and resolving site-level issues.
• Develop and monitor 3-week look-ahead schedules and implement corrective plans to maintain productivity targets.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain detailed daily logs for site records.
• Review subcontractor timesheets, installed quantity reports, and progress payment requests.
• Develop and distribute Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for major erection packages within the assigned scope.

Requirements

• 1+ years of construction field leadership experience on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including criminal background checks and drug screens.
• Capability to perform hard physical labor in extreme weather conditions for up to 12-hour shifts.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
