TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of SMB/Mid-Market accounts to drive product adoption, retention, and growth with an accent on renewal negotiations and strategic relationship building. Focus on leveraging CRM data to identify expansion opportunities and acting as the voice of the customer to internal product and leadership teams.

Location: Must be based in Finland (Remote)

Salary: €47,000–€59,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic advisor for SMB and Mid-Market customers.
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process, including contract negotiation and forecasting.
  • Drive product adoption and usage maturity through successful onboarding and engagement.
  • Identify and refer upsell/cross-sell opportunities to the sales team.
  • Track customer health scores and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and strategy.

Requirements

  • Finnish language proficiency required.
  • Experience in renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex portfolios in a covered CSM model.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and contract lifecycle management tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in reviewing software contracts.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Proficiency in French or German.
  • CSM-related certifications such as Gainsight or Success Coaching.
