What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to national and enterprise customers to unlock business value from the platform.
- Drive product adoption and usage by hosting virtual meetings and leading customer workshops.
- Manage a revenue pipeline, identifying and executing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Establish measurable goals and KPIs, providing regular status reports to senior stakeholders.
- Proactively assess renewal risks by analyzing customer requirements and adoption levels.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to plan program rollouts and explore new use cases.
Requirements
- 4+ years of account management experience at a software/SaaS company.
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers in organizations of various sizes.
- Formal sales training through a recognized program.
- Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce or other force.com platforms.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior audiences.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel and PowerPoint for business reviews.
