Salary: $200k – $280k (Base + Equity)

What you will do

  • Drive operational improvements to pricing, including discount thresholds, approvals, and order form generation.
  • Build and maintain GTM systems and automations, spanning Salesforce architecture and data enrichment pipelines.
  • Design and operationalize end-to-end revenue processes from lead routing and pipeline management to forecasting.
  • Equip AEs and SDRs with frameworks, playbooks, and training, including onboarding and competitive battlecards.
  • Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health and win/loss trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B tech company.
  • Strong interest or background in AI infrastructure, API platforms, or developer tools.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives.
  • Builder mindset with experience creating durable processes from scratch in zero-to-one environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
