What you will do

• Define and govern Sales data structures and standards to ensure a consistent single source of truth for revenue analytics.
• Partner with Sales leadership and platform teams to translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities.
• Collaborate with the central data organization to establish a coordinated data model across revenue, customer, and product datasets.
• Lead global forecasting processes and establish standardized methodologies across regions.
• Develop advanced predictive models to identify revenue opportunities and growth levers.
• Implement a globally consistent Revenue Operations operating model and automate core processes to reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience scaling revenue systems using Salesforce, BI tools, and data platforms.
• Strong track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights that influence performance.
• Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations and driving regional alignment.
• Strong analytical skills capable of constructing forward-looking models.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
