What you will do

• Own mid-funnel sales lifecycle processes from discovery to close, including stage definitions and pipeline hygiene.
• Drive territory planning, segmentation, account-to-rep mapping, and ongoing hygiene.
• Lead process governance for ISV, Strategic Partnerships, and Marketplace motions to ensure clean handoffs.
• Manage end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Sales Leadership, Legal, Product, and Analytics.
• Support forecasting accuracy by improving mid-funnel data quality and instrumentation.
• Partner with Business Systems to optimize Salesforce workflows and GTM tooling.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree.
• 4+ years of revenue or sales operations experience with pipeline management and territory planning.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (administrator experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with territory design, account scoring, and ownership routing at scale.
• Experience documenting end-to-end sales processes and operating cadences.
• Must be based in Canada.
