Salary: Base $91,890–$112,310; target earning potential $166,890–$187,310

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, including MDs, DOs, RNs, and CDEs.
- Utilize the Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management to drive revenue growth.
- Provide product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
- Represent the company at industry events, conventions, and community outreach activities.
- Manage territory data and activities using CRM tracking and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, or insulin infusion pumps.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned Kansas territory.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available).
