What you will do

  • Initiate and guide the Hospital Automation strategy within the US Acute Care marketplace.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline for SafetyNet, Iris, Connectivity, Analytics, and clinical alarm management.
  • Present the clinical, operational, and financial benefits of the Automation portfolio to potential clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SafetyNet Alarm Management and Data Solutions to expand opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers, Regional Directors, and Clinical Specialists throughout the pre-sale and post-sale process.
  • Manage a CRM database to track key account information, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Healthcare sales, preferably in informatics, clinical engineering, or health IT.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel at least 60% of the time.
  • Clinical knowledge and technical aptitude regarding automation products and care unit delivery.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to lead group presentations.
  • Demonstrated quantifiable sales ability and history of successful customer interaction management.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Hospital IT, EMR connectivity, and the current product landscape.
  • Familiarity with IHE PCD frameworks.
  • Knowledge of clinical use cases for medical device integration.
  • Experience with the health IT sales cycle in hospital, surgery, or long-term care environments.
