Territory Manager (Medtech): Developing and executing sales plans for Alternate Care markets including Physician Offices and Ambulatory Surgery Centers with an accent on 's Pulse Co-Oximetry solutions. Focus on generating sales pipelines, converting new customers, and managing strategic partnerships to meet quarterly and yearly growth goals.
Location: Remote (Idaho or Washington). Must be able to travel 50% to 80% of the time.
Salary: $70,000 base + variable compensation up to $85,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales plans to convert new customers in Alternate Care markets (Physician Offices, ASC, Homecare, LTC, WIC).
- Generate a robust sales pipeline and identify key targets to meet or exceed monthly and yearly quotas.
- Collaborate with regional leadership and clinical support staff to close new contracts and expand existing ones.
- Provide product and solution training to customers and distribution representatives.
- Work with extended sales teams and hospital Account Executives to implement a Continuum of Care penetration strategy.
- Stay updated on new product releases through regular interface with product managers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of documented experience selling Medical Device solutions to Acute or Alternate Care markets.
- Proven ability in strategic sales planning and managing complex sales processes.
- Must be based in Idaho or Washington.
- Ability to travel 50% to 80% of the time and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Bachelor’s degree, Clinical Credential, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
