Territory Manager, Alternate Care (Medtech)

Salary: $70,000 base + variable compensation up to $85,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales plans to convert new customers in Alternate Care markets (Physician Offices, ASC, Homecare, LTC, WIC).
• Generate a robust sales pipeline and identify key targets to meet or exceed monthly and yearly quotas.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and clinical support staff to close new contracts and expand existing ones.
• Provide product and solution training to customers and distribution representatives.
• Work with extended sales teams and hospital Account Executives to implement a Continuum of Care penetration strategy.
• Stay updated on new product releases through regular interface with product managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of documented experience selling Medical Device solutions to Acute or Alternate Care markets.
• Proven ability in strategic sales planning and managing complex sales processes.
• Must be based in Idaho or Washington.
• Ability to travel 50% to 80% of the time and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Bachelor’s degree, Clinical Credential, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
