Senior Business Development Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in Michigan, USA

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 base (OTE $220,000–$240,000)

What you will do

• Develop and expand new business relationships with end users, OEMs, and distribution partners.
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline and produce qualified leads with realistic close dates.
• Present 4D Vision solutions to customers and collaborate with the applications team on configurations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage long-term client relationships.
• Grow key strategic accounts through expansion and partnership development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing automation or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience leading sales projects or initiatives within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical field or equivalent technical sales background.
• Consultative, trust-based sales approach suitable for technical buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts and distribution partnerships.
