What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer renewals and proactively engage clients regarding upcoming contract expirations.
- Prepare renewal quotes, order forms, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate renewal activities and contract reviews with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Monitor and manage the renewal pipeline within Salesforce to ensure timely outreach and execution.
- Identify renewal risks and escalate concerns to appropriate stakeholders to support retention.
- Deliver professional customer service and gather feedback to improve renewal workflows and processes.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or operations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel 5-10%.

- Experience working in a SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business.
