What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customer renewals and proactively engage clients regarding upcoming contract expirations.
  • Prepare renewal quotes, order forms, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate renewal activities and contract reviews with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Monitor and manage the renewal pipeline within Salesforce to ensure timely outreach and execution.
  • Identify renewal risks and escalate concerns to appropriate stakeholders to support retention.
  • Deliver professional customer service and gather feedback to improve renewal workflows and processes.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 5-10%.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business.
