Content Developer (Instructional Design)

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid); minimum three days per week in the Krakow office on Fabryczna Street. Travel of up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and evaluate technical learning assets and programs for customers, partners, and certification initiatives.
• Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to define learning goals, audiences, objectives, and role-based enablement requirements.
• Participate in the full instructional design life cycle, from analysis and curriculum planning through development, review, assessment, and evaluation.
• Create instructor-led guides, lab guides, instructor materials, how-to videos, demonstrations, eLearning modules, quizzes, and polls.
• Build interactive curricula using images, animations, voice-over narration, AI-generated content, and company assets in line with branding and style guidelines.
• Use evaluations and learning data to recommend regular curriculum improvements and updates.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in an instructional design role.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree in instructional design or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience with eLearning authoring, preferably Articulate 360, as well as video and audio editing.
• Experience with role-based task analysis, gap analysis, learning objectives, program evaluations, and curriculum outlines.
• Ability to explain highly technical concepts clearly, create written and hands-on courseware, learn new technologies quickly, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Ability to work from the Krakow office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI workflows such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Technical background in IT, networking, or endpoint management.
• Familiarity with Kirkpatrick evaluations and learning management systems.
• Strong project management skills and experience researching instructional design best practices.
