Commercial Education Spine Manager (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Leeds, United Kingdom, or Zuchwil, Switzerland; travel up to 30–40%, primarily within the UK, with occasional international travel.

What you will do

• Lead spine-focused professional education strategies aligned with commercial and product priorities.
• Design and deliver training for healthcare professionals, including procedural techniques and product application.
• Identify education gaps and implement targeted programs using digital and blended learning methods.
• Plan and deliver workshops, cadaver labs, symposia, and regional training sessions.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, spine surgeons, and healthcare institutions.
• Manage timelines, budgets, cross-functional coordination, performance metrics, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in medical education, commercial training, or healthcare program management.
• Experience designing and delivering education programs for healthcare professionals.
• Understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry, with strong project management, communication, presentation, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• English is required.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel to customer and training sites.

Nice to have

• Experience in spine or orthopedic medical device education and surgical training environments.
• Experience working with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, digital learning platforms, and blended learning.
• Project management, medical education, or learning and development certifications.
