Salary: $71,600 - $119,400 (annual base pay range)

What you will do

• Analyze and document business processes and requirements; translate them into user stories and functional specifications
• Develop system specifications, process flows, and conversion strategies aligned with business needs
• Create technical and functional documentation for users and stakeholders
• Evaluate existing systems, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with business, IT, and remote development teams to ensure requirements are met
• Support solution quality by maintaining test scripts and contributing to tools, processes, and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT business analyst experience
• BS/BA in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience; ISEB-qualified Business Analyst preferred if in the UK, IIBA CBAP if in the US
• Experience working in an agile environment using recognized methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes and translate them into user stories, functional specs, and system/process designs
• Strong technical aptitude for software analysis and design, including UML modeling
• Experience maintaining technical/functional documentation and supporting testing (including automated test scripts)
