Compensation: $135,000 – $165,000 OTE

What you will do
- Maintain a proactive communication cadence with assigned state regulatory boards and agencies to understand local missions and constraints.
- Translate product capabilities into specific outcomes tied to agency efficiency and public protection.
- Manage the full opportunity lifecycle using a consultative approach to drive steady pipeline progression.
- Apply deep knowledge of state licensing frameworks and continuing education (CE) compliance for assigned territories.
- Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract to go-live.
- Maintain operational discipline and accuracy within Salesforce for forecasting and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 3–5+ years of experience in public sector account management, healthcare, or regulatory technology.
- Proven track record of managing relationships within state agencies or licensing boards at operational and leadership levels.
- Ability to coordinate complex RFPs and contract renewals.
- Patience and persistence in navigating long, non-linear government procurement decision cycles.
- Strong ability to present technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
