What you will do

  • Engage with warm leads and prospective healthcare clients through email, LinkedIn, and proactive relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare executives, provider organizations, and technology leaders.
  • Support senior sales leadership with discovery meetings, presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Conduct market research on healthcare industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruiting, and delivery teams to align on client needs and business priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, account management, or healthcare consulting.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level healthcare accounts or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Must be based in the Nashville, TN area for hybrid work.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, digital health, RCM, or the SDLC.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative style.
