What you will do

• Provide expert legal counsel on AI tools, models, and data-driven initiatives across the enterprise.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology and SaaS contracts.
• Identify and assess legal risks related to intellectual property, data use, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business, product, and technology teams to enable responsible and compliant AI deployment.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and legal expenses.
• Stay abreast of relevant changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting AI and data.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school required.
• 10-12+ years of relevant legal experience in technology, AI, data, or intellectual property.
• Strong ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional legal matters.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
