What you will do

• Draft and negotiate complex global commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Provide strategic legal advice to cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Finance, and Tax.
• Optimize internal processes to improve the scalability of the Commercial Legal team.
• Manage and resolve legal issues within domestic and international commercial relationships.
• Develop and improve templates for revenue-generating agreements.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited school and active bar membership in at least one US state.
• 5+ years of complex commercial drafting and negotiation experience.
• Expertise in data privacy terms, including CCPA, GLBA, and GDPR.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent deals on tight deadlines.
