Salary: $248,000 – $330,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Serve as the primary legal partner for business transactions, partnerships, and operations.
• Provide business-oriented legal advice to GTM, Partnerships, Finance, Procurement, and Product teams.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, regulatory, and privacy risks in complex transactions.
• Develop scalable legal strategies and processes to support rapid company growth.
• Monitor and advise on evolving regulatory and compliance matters affecting AI technology.
• Collaborate with the global legal team to ensure jurisdictional alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in in-house or technology-focused law firm roles.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Ability to operate proactively and independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor advice to diverse audiences.
• Sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-changing situations.
• Must be based in the US and able to work from the San Francisco office.
