What you will do

• Own and execute industry conference presence, including sponsorship negotiation, vendor relations, and booth design.
• Translate proprietary research and complex healthcare consulting concepts into white papers and sales enablement collateral.
• Project-manage research initiatives, from survey deployment and participant recruitment to data tracking.
• Coordinate award submission processes by collaborating with consultants to gather case study data.
• Plan and execute webinars through conference sponsorships and industry channels.
• Design and curate unique gift packages for clients and prospective accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in brand, content, sales enablement, or event marketing (B2B or agency experience preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be based in Virginia, Tennessee, or North Carolina.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for budget/timeline tracking and Google Slides for presentation building.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and copyediting skills with high attention to detail.
