Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with community influencers to secure prospecting venues.
- Plan and host educational Medicare presentations and sales events.
- Collaborate with Broker Managers to align outreach strategies and maximize ROI.
- Train and motivate external agents on community-based marketing best practices.
- Partner with local provider groups for strategic co-op marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all activities comply with Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS regulations.
Requirements
- Must be located in Louisiana
- Active insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
- Existing network of community contacts and knowledge of the local senior landscape.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, startup-feel environment.
