What you will do
- Develop and execute an annual event strategy aligned with pipeline and growth objectives.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, booth materials, and on-site support.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to drive engagement and meeting goals at events.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as leads generated, pipeline influenced, and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event assets and campaign materials.
- Maintain reporting dashboards to connect event activity to revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, trade show management, or field marketing.
- Proven ability to own events end-to-end from planning through reporting.
- Strong experience measuring event performance and ROI, including pipeline impact.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Willingness to travel as needed for events (up to 25%).

- Experience in healthcare IT, B2B technology, or SaaS.
- Experience building event processes, playbooks, or reporting frameworks.
