What you will do

• Coordinate employee onboarding and support the overall employee lifecycle.
• Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and manage HRIS records and handle administrative platform tasks.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve People Ops efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience supporting a People Operations team in a startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with at least one HRIS platform.
• Working knowledge of timecard administration and state-specific meal and rest break compliance.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in using AI tools thoughtfully to enhance daily work.
• Must be based in the United States.
