Focus on optimizing the HRIS-to-Payroll tech stack, managing international EOR partnerships, and ensuring flawless execution of payroll across multiple global entities.

Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid role).

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per year plus annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Manage a team of Global HR Specialists to ensure accurate and timely regional payroll execution.
  • Audit and optimize payroll workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks and automate processes across global entities.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Serve as the authority on global payroll tax laws, statutory benefits, and compliance frameworks.
  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS-to-Payroll tech pipeline, ensuring seamless integration between tools like BambooHR and NetSuite.
  • Manage performance SLAs for global payroll providers and EOR partners to support international expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in global payroll management with a proven track record of leading a payroll team.
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping, SOP creation, and implementing internal financial controls.
  • Hands-on experience navigating international payroll landscapes, specifically US tech payroll and Western European labor laws.
  • Deep understanding of global equity-based compensation taxation (e.g., French BSPCE, US RSUs/NSOs).
  • Proficiency with modern SaaS tools, specifically BambooHR and NetSuite, and strong data analytics skills.
  • Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid office environment.

  • Experience working within a fast-scaling tech startup or global SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for HR process optimization.
