Program Manager, Delivery Innovation and Strategic Programs

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $87,000 — $119,000 CAD (annual base range)

What you will do

• Codify delivery methodology and scoping standards by identifying repeatable implementation patterns and translating them into reusable templates, execution blueprints, and requirements.
• Run methodology transformation by packaging internal delivery approaches into external-facing delivery playbooks, engagement blueprints, and project governance toolkits.
• Maintain a central repository of delivery methodologies and process assets using tools such as Highspot, Confluence, and Asana to ensure consistency across internal and partner-led projects.
• Accelerate delivery enablement with generative AI by exploring, testing, and implementing AI workflows to speed up methodology creation and partner enablement.
• Own strategic program reporting and impact analytics by building quantitative models, designing dashboards from scratch (Tableau and Salesforce), and producing quarterly executive reports and scorecards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of program management, project management, or operational experience in a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment.
• Experience working in or closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, Delivery Success, or service delivery partner programs.
• Strong ability to clarify and synthesize complex technical or operational processes into step-by-step methodologies and frameworks.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools for research, outlining, content optimization, or workflow automation.
• Experience building dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and assess investment impact (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Sheets).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex processes into clear delivery blueprints.
