Hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Base Salary: $115,000–$139,000 + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Establish structure and manage portfolio of projects through strong governance and control.
• Define complex business initiatives and provide end-to-end project management across stakeholder groups.
• Engage with project teams, working committees, and external vendors.
• Lead implementation of solutions for client experiences, operational excellence, and change management.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management, specifically in financial/wealth management industry.
• PMP or PgMP certification required.
• Experience organizing complex programs with attention to detail, time/people management, and technology support.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for illustrating concepts.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies; direct experience in wealth/investment management.

Nice to have

• Other designations like CFA, CSC.
• Software and technology experience.
