Salary: $142,900 - $207,200 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSMs across various levels and geographies.
  • Own At-Bat Renewal Rate (ABR) and Dollar-Based Gross Retention (DBGR) outcomes for the team's portfolio.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and proactively address renewal risks.
  • Coach CSMs through the end-to-end renewal cycle, from health monitoring to commercial negotiation.
  • Collaborate with TAM, SSE, TSE, Support, and Product teams to ensure customers receive necessary technical depth.
  • Manage performance expectations and maintain visibility into customer health and engagement cadence.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
  • 4+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or services, including renewal quota ownership.
  • At least 3 years of experience within the security industry.
  • Proven track record of building teams focused on commercial outcomes.
  • Strong coaching skills and operational rigor to manage portfolios at scale.
