TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing, nurturing, and retaining Latin American accounts for Identity Security solutions with an accent on driving value realization, cross-selling, and building relationships with C-level stakeholders. Focus on forecasting revenue, resolving complex client issues, and acting as the voice of the customer to internal product teams.

Location: Must be based in Chile or Brazil

What you will do

  • Manage and forecast your book of business, focusing on usage revenue, renewals, and identifying up/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients to understand their priorities and help them realize value.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, feeding product priorities, issues, and enhancements to the Product team.
  • Solve client challenges through proactive partnership and expert solution presentation.
  • Share best practices to improve team performance and scale service operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management.
  • Experience managing a book of business valued at $3M+ USD.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS markets and IT deployment challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong data analytical skills and experience in issue resolution and negotiation.
