Location: Must be based in Chile or Brazil

What you will do
- Manage and forecast your book of business, focusing on usage revenue, renewals, and identifying up/cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients to understand their priorities and help them realize value.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, feeding product priorities, issues, and enhancements to the Product team.
- Solve client challenges through proactive partnership and expert solution presentation.
- Share best practices to improve team performance and scale service operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management.
- Experience managing a book of business valued at $3M+ USD.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS markets and IT deployment challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong data analytical skills and experience in issue resolution and negotiation.
