TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise, SaaS): Building and optimizing relationships with hirify.global's largest customers, driving adoption, expansion, and renewal of solutions with an accent on measurable business impact, executive stakeholder partnership, and scaling usage across complex enterprises. Focus on defining success metrics, championing best practices, and maximizing customer value and revenue growth.

Location: Remote, must be based in the US and comfortable with up to 25% travel and in-person meetings.

Salary: $135,000–$185,000 OTE + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of hirify.global’s largest Enterprise and Strategic customers (10K+ employees) across diverse industries and geographies.
  • Drive customer adoption and expansion by identifying new use cases and leading executive alignment to grow value realization.
  • Design and implement tailored rollout and training programs for new customers to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive sponsors, connecting hirify.global’s capabilities to their organizational goals and KPIs.
  • Lead QBRs and EBRs to communicate business outcomes, influencing renewals and multi-year expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to champion feature enhancements and evolve the Enterprise experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Enterprise Customer Success Experience in related SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing the full Enterprise customer lifecycle—onboarding to renewal—with measurable lifts in adoption, NRR, or customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable diving into technical SaaS workflows and leading C-suite business discussions about outcomes and ROI.
  • Data-driven approach to identify opportunities, tell compelling value stories, and influence executive decisions.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a bias toward action, ownership, and high-velocity execution.
  • Ability to collaborate in person with key stakeholders and comfortable with up to 25% travel for in-person meetings.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Fortune 500 or global enterprise accounts at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Previous ownership of expansion and renewal metrics (NRR, GRR).
  • Experience with a PLG sales motion.
  • Prior consulting or change management experience with large transformation projects.
