What you will do

• Translate forecasted demand into weekly labor hours targets across fulfillment and pharmacy sites.
• Monitor capacity and identify potential constraints or execution risks within the network.
• Partner with Operations and Business Analytics to align forecast, capacity, and labor plans.
• Track planned versus actual performance to identify variances and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update labor models, productivity assumptions, and operational constraints.
• Coordinate planning cadences to ensure consistent execution across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 3+ years of experience in workforce, capacity, production, supply, or demand planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis and scenario modeling.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP or planning systems.
• Basic experience with SQL or BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
