What you will do

• Support network hardware planning, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity management.
• Analyze and communicate weekly demand, supply, and supportability insights for critical hardware components.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to provide visibility into supply risks.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of source systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Sourcing, and Engineering to improve end-to-end processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (PST time zone)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or capacity management.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience developing dashboards in Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hardware, networking, or infrastructure supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Experience with scenario planning and capacity modeling.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
