What you will do

• Develop and maintain material plans to minimize production delays and support reliable schedules.
• Release material from blanket purchase agreements based on demand signals and consumption trends.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of sub-components to the production line.
• Conduct impact analysis for Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to determine inventory exposure and transition timing.
• Manage operational execution, including tracking delivery dates and monitoring short-term supply risks.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Engineering to identify shortages and develop vendor KPIs.

Requirements

• Must meet the definition of a US Person.
• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• Experience working within an ITAR/DFAR environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with ambiguity and condensed timelines.

Nice to have

• Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, business, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of previous supply chain experience, preferably in the automotive arena.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Advanced Excel/Power BI.
• APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP).
