What you will do

• Generate weekly demand and supply supportability reporting for networking hardware devices.
• Analyze trends, reconcile complex datasets, and identify supply chain risks and gaps.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into supply positions.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and build internal tools and improve reporting infrastructure.
• Enable scenario planning and "what-if" analysis to support supply chain decision-making.
• Communicate insights to business and technical stakeholders to influence strategic execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business with 7+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in the PST time zone.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and validation.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience developing or maintaining BI dashboards, specifically Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale technology or hardware supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with distributed data systems such as Kusto.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to automate workflows.
• Proven track record of improving business processes and productionizing reporting solutions.
• Strong project management skills for leading initiatives end-to-end.
