What you will do

• Supervise mechanical installation activities on-site to ensure project success.
• Coordinate daily mechanical work with contractors and site management teams.
• Verify that all mechanical works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Support QA/QC inspections and lead the resolution of mechanical non-conformances.
• Enforce safety procedures and actively participate in site safety meetings.
• Manage mechanical completion, punch lists, and commissioning readiness activities.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical construction or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising mechanical works on energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage on-site stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site in Portland, OR.
