What you will do

• Plan, develop, and implement transportation projects including roadways, highways, bridges, airports, and transit systems.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents and transportation plans.
• Analyze traffic flow patterns to identify and implement safety improvements.
• Coordinate project execution with contractors, the DOT, and various public agencies.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to the development of technical reports and client proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• EIT certification is required.
• North Dakota PE license (or ability to obtain one within 12 months).
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in transportation or civil engineering design and consulting.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and OpenRoads Designer.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
