What you will do

• Lead project administration, scheduling, and coordination from start to closeout.
• Maintain responsibility for project safety, quality control, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare and manage submittals, subcontracts, and CPM schedules.
• Track project progress using updated schedules, as-built drawings, and quantity reports.
• Develop change order pricing, submit proposals, and handle project billings.
• Prepare RFIs and coordinate activities between field teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of heavy civil construction project management experience in the U.S. market.
• Strong background in public infrastructure, including roadway, utility, and structural civil construction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Expertise with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
