What you will do

• Master construction plans, specifications, and design criteria to ensure technical accuracy.
• Lead the contract modification process, including scope preparation and proposal reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for RFIs and technical site disputes.
• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) plans.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively identify potential delays or slippage.
• Manage payment estimation processes and verify material compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proven experience reviewing technical submittals and managing complex RFP processes.
• Strong understanding of construction law, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
• Analytical ability to identify lessons learned and recommend changes based on site conditions.
