What you will do

• Plan and design individual components, higher-level assemblies, and mechanically functioning equipment.
• Translate technical guidance into usable engineering data for specific assignments and large projects.
• Support pre-bid requirements and collaborate closely with Project Managers.
• Coordinate activities of Level I engineers and technicians to ensure project success.
• Develop methods to increase production quality, efficiency, and volume.
• Partner with external field personnel to establish installation methodologies for new designs.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of previous construction experience, preferably as a Mechanical or Prime Contractor in an industrial environment.
• Thorough understanding of plans and specifications.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Glen Burnie, MD or Hagerstown, MD.
