What you will do
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from data center operators, renewable energy developers, and the power sector.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural alignment.
- Drive high-velocity, high-quality hiring processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in highly competitive infrastructure and energy markets.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define technical requirements and timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on technical or energy infrastructure in high-growth or startup environments.
- Proven track record filling roles in Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable Project Development, Land Acquisition, or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering.
- Ability to identify and close candidates with niche engineering skill sets in the local market.
- Strong communication skills to pitch a high-growth startup mission to experienced professionals.
- Experience with modern ATS tools and data-driven recruiting practices.
- Must be based in Spain, Ireland, Germany, Norway, or Sweden.
