What you will do

  • Source and engage highly sought-after MRO professionals, including Licensed Aircraft Engineers and Avionics Technicians.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive talent pools across the aerospace sector.
  • Generate leads and gather market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
  • Support experienced consultants with candidate delivery and client requirements.
  • Progress through a structured pathway to become a 360 Sales Consultant within 12 months.
