What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans for Enterprise accounts in LATAM.
  • Drive sales to achieve revenue targets and create compelling value propositions for hirify.global services.
  • Manage contract negotiations and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts.
  • Prospect target accounts and align with channel partners on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of B2B technology sales experience, with 3+ years focusing on large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Basic understanding of computer networking and how the internet works.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Mexico (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting and building relationships in Colombia.
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
