What you will do

• Research potential clients, connect with prospects, and qualify leads to grow the business.
• Use consultative phone skills to communicate clearly, inspire confidence, and overcome objections.
• Research, document, and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce.
• Ensure all activities and opportunity predictions are accurately documented and communicated via Salesforce.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Must have existing work authorization for Germany (No visa sponsorship available).
• Proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals.
• Strong verbal communication skills and an energetic, self-starter attitude.
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to multitask across several tools independently.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills.
