TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Cologne, Germany, with the possibility to work temporarily from other locations within Europe.

What you will do

  • Understand customer needs and present tailored, value-adding solutions using AI-driven insights.
  • Own the full new business sales cycle from lead identification to closing deals.
  • Expand reach through various prospecting channels including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Pitch SaaS solutions to mid-sized and high-growth businesses via various communication methods.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a customer-first experience.
  • Engage e-commerce decision-makers and build compelling partnership cases.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry or selling complex digital products.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and the SaaS landscape.
  • Proven track record in sales, managing diverse deals and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strategic approach to sales conversations.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented, consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Fluency in German and English is required (spoken and written), especially in negotiation.
