Location: Must be based in the Mexico City area

hirify.global is a global B2B SaaS product company providing secure business collaboration platforms for high-stakes transactions and leadership decision-making.

What you will do

  • Proactively prospect and generate outbound opportunities to acquire new customers.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, engaging with key stakeholders in Finance and Banking.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and structure persuasive pitches.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategies for the Mexican market.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Mexico City area.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a full 360 closing role within B2B or professional services.
  • Proven track record of managing pipelines and closing deals in high-velocity environments.
  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and Spanish.
  • Strong business communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, Financial, or Fintech industries.
