What you will do

• Research and identify potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Connect with and educate prospects through consultative phone calls.
• Qualify leads and document all activities accurately in Salesforce.
• Maintain and update contact information for existing prospects.
• Collaborate with the international sales team to meet outbound call targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish and English (additional European language is a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting outbound call targets or call time goals.
• Proficiency with technology and multi-tasking across various tools.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany (no visa sponsorship provided).
